A booking fee is required on booking. This fee is fully refundable, however, in line with industry protocol we reserve the right to deduct or charge for a late cancellation. In compliance with consumer law, any such charge will be reflective of the losses incurred by the business where we are unable to re-sell your appointment on our social media and to anyone on a wait list.

Our charges are as follows
Under 24 hrs before the appointment – 30% of the appointment cost.
Failure to attend your appointment with no contact (No Show) – 50% of the appointment cost
