A booking fee is required on booking. This fee is fully refundable, however, in line with industry protocol we reserve the right to
deduct or charge for a late cancellation. In compliance with consumer law, any such charge will be reflective of the losses incurred by the business where we are unable to re-sell your
appointment on our social media and to anyone on a wait list.
Our charges are as follows
Under 24 hrs before the appointment – 30% of the appointment cost.
Failure to attend your appointment with no contact (No Show) – 50% of the appointment cost.
Late arrivals for appointments- Please be aware that your therapist has an allotted amount of time for your scheduled treatment. The
treatment will finish at the end of that alloted time. They will endeavor to complete your treatment in full but they may have to adjust or cut short your treatment.
